We are seeking a Cash Management Specialist to support our company's cash management operations. The Cash Management Specialist will support the Head of Treasury for managing the daily cash flow, optimizing cash positions, ensuring sufficient liquidity for the business and mitigating the financial risks. This role requires a solid understanding of financial management principle and excellent analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cash Management: Monitor and manage daily cash positions to ensure liquidity for operational needs, working closely with local finance managers and shared service center. Support optimization of cash management processes and systems.
• Forecasting and Planning: Support Head of Treasury in improving the cash forecast process. Prepare cash flow forecasts and financial reports to anticipate cash requirements and challenges.
• Intercompany Operations: coordinate intercompany cash transactions, ensuring compliance with internal controls and policies.
• FX Management: Operate the hedging policy on a daily basis, identifying financial positions and flows to be hedged and managing the hedging instruments.
• Cash Management Systems: Support the implementation of cash management systems and manage these tools to optimize efficiency and ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Banking Relationships: Support the Head of Treasury in maintaining strong relationships with domestic and international banks and financial institutions. Seek optimization of terms and conditions for banking services.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all treasury transactions and activities for audit purposes and regulatory reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in treasury management, in a multinational organization.
• Professional certification (e.g., CTP, CFA) is a strong benefit.
• Advanced Excel skills for financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting.
• Experience with D365 and treasury management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Team player with excellent collaboration skills.
