Are you passionate about climbing and eager to turn that passion into a global career? Walltopia, the world leader in climbing wall design and production, is looking for a driven Climbing Sales & Business Developer to join our HQ team. This is a full-time position based in Sofia, Bulgaria.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building and maintaining relationships with climbing gym owners, investors, and developers around the world.
• Guiding clients through the process of building high-quality climbing gyms, from first idea to final delivery.
• Negotiating contract terms to secure mutually beneficial deals.
• Working both independently with clients and in collaboration with local sales agents.
• Expanding our global network by identifying and onboarding new sales agents in key regions.
• Preparing offers and managing opportunities in our CRM system.
• Collaborating with HQ teams via MS Teams to ensure smooth project communication.
• Traveling internationally to meet clients, visit trade shows, and explore new markets.

What We’re Looking For

• A strong connection to climbing, whether you climb regularly or have worked in the climbing industry.
• A proactive and self-driven personality with strong initiative.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and implement ideas for growing the business.
• Experience or strong interest in identifying new markets, sales channels, and business opportunities.
• Ability to build and lead partnerships with new agents and people who can expand our global reach.
• A sales-oriented mindset with great communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent command of English, written and spoken.
• Another foreign language (for example German, French, Spanish, or Japanese) is a strong plus.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, and work from our HQ.
• Readiness to travel internationally when needed.
