Your Key Responsibilities include:
- Lead sales initiatives and activities across all key segments (including Groups and Individual Business Travel) to drive revenue and achieve budget targets
- Actively seek out new business opportunities in the appropriate sales influenced segments.
- Drive share of wallet growth from existing accounts.
- Develop powerful relationships and meaningful connections with bookers and decision makers within the accounts.
- Assist Groups, Meetings and events department with conversion.
- Manage time and resources effectively
- Use effectively Hilton's sales systems to drive sales productivity
Success in this role will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills:
- Understanding of Proactive sales and Group Meeting & Events sales best practice
- Strong customer focus
- Excellent external (client-facing) and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Experience in hospitality industry
- Knowledge of the local and international market
- Relevant degree in sales, or other relevant business field, from an academic institution
