For one of our clients – a leading tech company in the gaming sector, offering more than 25 years of exceptional experience worldwide, we are on a lookout for а CRM Manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support and assist the Head of CRM in daily operations and act as deputy when required,
ensuring seamless team performance;
  • Lead and mentor junior executives, fostering a high-performing and collaborative CRM team;
  • Manage end-to-end multi-channel CRM campaigns, including quality assurance,
performance tracking, and optimization;
  • Develop and implement automated lifecycles to increase customer retention, conversion, and
overall player value;
  • Plan and execute promotional calendars and CRM strategies in alignment with stakeholders
and budget targets;
  • Analyze customer data to provide actionable insights, track KPIs, and make
recommendations to maximize revenue;
  • Ensure all CRM activities comply with industry regulations, licensing requirements, and
responsible gaming policies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of CRM management experience within the online sportsbook and/or
casino industry;
  • Strong understanding of CRM strategies, lifecycle management, and marketing automation tools;
  • Proven ability to convert registered customers into paying players and optimize retention;
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication, with strong presentation skills across
all organizational levels;
  • Highly analytical, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for
decision-making;
  • Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills, with attention to detail;
  • Results-driven, proactive, and able to deliver high-quality work consistently in a fast-paced environment;
  • Experience with Optimove is desirable.
