We are looking for an HR Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for diverse positions — from production and operations to sales and marketing — and to ensure smooth HR processes that support our growing team.
Your responsibilities:
- Lead the recruitment process: posting jobs, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring;
- Maintain and process HR documentation according to policies and legal requirements;
- Support the organization of team-building events, training, and engagement activities;
- Collaborate with managers to meet staffing needs and provide HR guidance.
Your profile:
- Previous experience in HR and recruitment;
- Strong communication and organizational skills;
- Proficiency in MS Office;
- Good working proficiency in English (oral and written).
