HR Associate
Some of your duties:
The HR Associate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR processes for international employees, including the employee life cycle in the company’s software system, contracting, payroll coordination, compensation, and benefits across multiple countries. The role will work closely with Business Partners and P&O teams to ensure accurate data, compliance with deadlines, and smooth execution of all HR-related activities.

HR Associate
Some of your duties:
The HR Associate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR processes for international employees, including the employee life cycle in the company’s software system, contracting, payroll coordination, compensation, and benefits across multiple countries. The role will work closely with Business Partners and P&O teams to ensure accurate data, compliance with deadlines, and smooth execution of all HR-related activities.
Expected skills, knowledge, and experience:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in HR Operations within an international environment.
- Strong understanding of local labor law and statutory HR requirements across multiple countries, including payroll and administration.
- Practical experience working with external payroll providers (experience with platforms such as Deel or Remote is considered an advantage).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple daily tasks and requests efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors), combined with strong analytical and project coordination skills.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Knowledge of German will be a good advantage, but it's not mandatory.
- Excellent remuneration.
