The role will have full ownership of daily HR duties and act as first-level support for all HR-related matters. We are currently looking for a Human Resources Administrator that will take on a crucial part in supporting the business. The role will have full ownership of daily HR duties and act as first-level support for all HR-related matters. The HR Amin will report to the local HR Manager and work closely with the local Talent Acquisition team, stakeholders and vendors to ensure a well-organized and reliable HR process flow.
This position is entirely office-based.
Main responsibilities:
- Full administrative support in preparation of onboarding, offboarding, employment additional agreements, changes, financial notes and others.
- Issuing relevant documentation associated with newcomers, salary increases and promotions and any other employment related documentation
- Being responsible for the accurate and timely preparation of the monthly payroll data and its delivery to the accountancy
- Managing and administering all employee benefits, referral program and other bonuses that need to be reflected in the monthly payroll data
- Support occupational Health & Safety processes and fulfilling H&S books
- Maintaining employee files as well as managing holidays, sickness, and other absences
- Responding to all types of administrative requests from employees
- Creating and maintaining records for new starters and leavers
- Processing documentation with the appropriate government authorities including Tax and Social Security Departments
- Experience in preparing payroll data and working with HRIS systems
- Up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and ability to manage HR issues
- Experience within a client-facing HR role in a fast-paced organization
- Experience in managing stakeholders with the ability to build strong working relationships effectively
- Approachable and understanding, a team player with communication skills both in Bulgarian and English (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently, with attention to details and sense of personal responsibility
