We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR employee to join our property in Sofia as:
HR Specialist
About the role: The HR Specialist should integrate administrative duties and managing of employee performance and to support new hires and other associates. This position will report to the Director of Human Resources.
Main Responsibilities: · Maintain the HR & Payroll documentation up to date, archive and follow up · Provide counseling on policies and procedures to associates · Be involved actively in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process · Creates reports and analytics · Maintain employee records (in various systems) according to hotel policies and legal requirements · Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance and hotel standards are met
Role Requirements: · Minimum 2 years work experience in HR Administration and Recruitment · Knowledge of local labor law · Must possess the following strengths: high energy, excellent communication skills, flexibility and ability to work in a fast pace environment · Hands-on experience on Microsoft office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc). · Very good command of English
