Junior HR Administrator - Part Time (Fixed term)
The role
As a Junior HR Administrator, you’ll support the full employee journey - from onboarding new Geniuses to keeping our HR processes running smoothly. You’ll collaborate across teams, maintain accurate records, and handle sensitive information with care and confidentiality. If you’re organized, people-driven, and excited to learn and grow in HR, this role is the perfect start to your journey!
Main Responsibilities
Supports HR operations and compliance: Assists with transitioning HR processes to Shared Services, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with Bulgarian legal requirements.
Prepares HR documentation: Creates and maintains employment contracts, letters, and other HR-related documents, ensuring legal compliance and timely delivery.
Drives a smooth employee journey: Leads onboarding and offboarding activities, working closely with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Operations to deliver a seamless experience.
Maintains accurate records and benefits: Updates employee files and manages benefits such as food, transport, and multisport, ensuring timely activation and transparent communication with vendors.
Upholds confidentiality and collaboration: Handles employee information with discretion, communicates openly with managers and stakeholders, and supports ethical, transparent HR practices.
Required Skills
Employee-focused and service-oriented: Provides a customer-first, employee-centric experience through timely, professional, and empathetic support and collaboration across teams.
Detail-driven and technically proficient: Skilled in Excel, Word, and SharePoint with strong attention to detail. Ensures data accuracy, identifies and corrects inconsistencies, and supports continuous process improvement.
Organized, transparent, and collaborative: Manages multiple priorities effectively while maintaining clear communication, accountability, and teamwork within the global People Team.
