The opportunity We’re looking for a HR Specialist for our location in Sevlievo to manage daily human resources operations, covers the full employee lifecycle including Onboarding, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, People Analytics and HR Information Systems).

How you’ll make an impact:
- Processes HR requests related to multiple service lines (Employee Life Cycle, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, People Analytics and HR Information Systems (HRIS)) for an assigned group of employees;
- Responsible for the specific Payroll and Administration processes – preparation contracts, certificates, orders and other documents, performs all employee related data changes in the employee data base, processes attendance, maintains employees’ personal files, pay-slips, processes sick leave documents
- Liaises with external authorities;
- Responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee master data base and prepares accurate monthly reports and analyses;
- Monitors compliance with Compensation and Benefits policies;
- Provides appropriate support for internal customers and delivers accurate and timely processing of information for all stakeholders;
- Executes and delivers assigned HR services in compliance with all standard operating procedures/policies and according to defined Service Level Agreements;
- Identifies opportunities for improvement and simplification of existing processes and procedures, based on feedback and experience with customers;
- Communicates information regarding policies and standards on assigned processes to internal customers in a clear and concise manner to ensure understanding and adoption.
Your Background:
- A Bachelor or Master’s degree in HR management, Business administration or Economical background;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR role;
- Sound knowledge of labor legislation, HR practices and methodologies;
- Fluent English language – verbal and written;
- Knowledge and skills to work with MS Office;
- Ability to manage multiple demands on time and work with cross-functional teams;
- A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills;
- A proactive way of working to serve customers with a “can-do” attitude.
