Established in 2016, the group is a merger of leading hospital healthcare providers in the country – Tokuda Hospital and City Clinic. It includes two hospitals in Sofia (one of which has three hospital campuses), four diagnostic and consultative centers, and one medical center in the city of Varna.

We are currently seeking an Human Resources Expert to join our team and contribute to our company's success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintains up-to-date employee personnel files in compliance with the legal and the regulatory requirements.
- Processes documentation related to the administration of employment and labor relations.
- Organizes and manages employee documentation, including preparing employment contracts and administrative orders for signature, registers and delivers them to employees.
- Organizes all processes related to employee hiring and termination.
- Maintains the organization's staffing schedule (headcount structure) up to date.
- Prepares various reports and official documentation for external institutions.
- Works with the information systems of the Legal institutons.
Requirements:
- Degree in HR Management, Economics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar HR/Admin role.
- Knowledge of Bulgarian labor legislation (Labor Code, Social Security Code, Health & Safety regulations).
- Confident with MS Office.
- Fluency in English is considered an advantage.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
