Currently, we are looking for an entrepreneurial and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join the team of our partner – a well-established international company specializing in equipment and packaging solutions for the food processing industry.
Are you driven by winning new business and building long-term client relationships? Do you thrive in a dynamic, target-oriented environment? If yes, this is an opportunity to further develop your sales expertise within a stable international company and a recognized leader in its field.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
- Actively develop new business through direct sales
- Manage the full sales cycle – from prospecting to closing deals
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Identify customer needs and propose appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate records and develop account potential
- Proven experience in B2B sales and new business development
- Strong ability to manage the entire sales process independently
- Proactive, results-oriented, and solution-driven mindset
- Experience in food industry, packaging, or non-durable goods is an advantage
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
