As we continue our rapid growth, we are looking for a Business Development Partner to drive growth across European enterprise markets (UK, DACH, France, Nordics) and play a key role in shaping our commercial success. You will own a large part of the sales cycle—from lead generation to opportunity development, while collaborating closely with senior leadership on deal closing.
What would you do in this role:
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, develop relationships with enterprise decision-makers .
- Conduct and lead outreach via calls, email, LinkedIn, and events to engage potential clients
- Develop partnerships, resellers, and new market channels
- Collaborate with internal teams across Sales, Marketing, and Operations
- Support Inside Sales in building quality pipeline
- Support the full sales cycle – from first contact to opportunity conversion
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments
- 1–3+ years in B2B sales / Business Development
- Experience in SaaS, services or consulting (strong advantage)
- Flexibility and willingness to travel for business meetings and events
- Confidence in presenting, networking, and building relationships
- Proven ability to generate pipeline and close complex deals
- Strong lead generation and relationship-building skills
- Commercial mindset with focus on value, not volume
- Ability to operate in long sales cycles and ambiguous environments
- Fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus)
- An attractive remuneration.
