The role:

• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of roles and clients
• Proactively sourcing and engaging top talent via LinkedIn, job boards, and your own network
• Leading client communication, understanding their hiring needs, and offering consultative support
• Writing engaging job ads and managing candidate pipelines
• Conducting in-depth interviews and assessments to identify the right cultural and skill fit
• Contributing to business development by identifying new client opportunities
• Collaborating with team members on shared projects, insights, and success stories

What you bring:

• Previous experience in consulting business and in roles related to sales and/or recruitment
• A genuine interest in connecting people with meaningful career opportunities
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
• Motivation to meet goals and grow professionally in a fast-paced environment
