Talent Acquisition Specialist

Plus500 is seeking a proactive and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing People team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle while also supporting key employment and HR processes. You will partner closely with hiring managers, attract top talent, and contribute to building a strong employee experience that supports our continued growth.

Job Description:

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for customer support, client verification and other operational roles, from job briefing through offer stage.

Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring strategies, and candidate profiles.

Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of channels, including LinkedIn, direct sourcing, and professional networks.

Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.

Coordinate and conduct interviews, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Manage job postings across multiple platforms and proactively approach potential candidates.

Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment metrics, and HR documentation.

Support employment-related processes, including offer preparation, onboarding coordination, and employee documentation.

Assist with HR initiatives and People team projects, such as employee engagement, employer branding, and recruitment events.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment and HR processes, ensuring best practices and efficiency.

Internal recruitment - be part of our talent management process, calibrate with the hiring managers to find the best fit for their teams, where we have internal opportunities

Job Requirements

2+ years of experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or HR professional with recruitment responsibilities.

Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.

Strong sourcing skills, including LinkedIn and direct search methodologies.

Excellent interviewing, evaluation, and candidate assessment skills.

Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.

Strong communication skills in Bulgarian and English.

Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented mindset.

Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative HR team.

Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

Interest in staying up to date with recruitment trends, labor market insights, and HR best practices.

Bulgarian labour law knowledge and experience
