As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a significant role in supporting the growth of TELUS International Europe through exploring various recruitment channels, creatively sourcing talents and ensuring great candidate experience.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and adventurous person to join our Recruitment Team!
As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a significant role in supporting the growth of TELUS International Europe through exploring various recruitment channels, creatively sourcing talents and ensuring great candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
- Perform sourcing and screening of candidates’ resumes
- Conduct interviews with candidates and asses their competencies, qualifications, skills, and previous employment
- Build effective working relationships with local Hiring Managers
- Headhunt candidates over different platforms to ensure our success
- Utilize and maintain recruitment technology system, trackers, and candidates’ pipeline
- Participate in job fairs/events and college/universities recruiting initiatives
- Ensure the recruitment information is properly maintained for reporting purposes
- Promote the mission, vision, and culture of TELUS Digital
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written English skills
- Proficiency in a second European language is required
- At least 6 months relevant experience in Recruitment will be considered as an advantage
- Positive and professional attitude
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail
- Negotiation and facilitation abilities
- Bachelor degree or current study in Human Resources, Psychology or related area will count as an advantage
