We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team in Sofia.
Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including direct sourcing, screening, and interviewing Demonstrate flexibility in attracting and recruiting top talent Source and engage both active and passive candidates through various channels, including social media, professional networks, and job boards Establish strong partnerships with business units and candidates to ensure client and candidate satisfaction Participate in employer branding activities and develop candidate attraction strategies
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment processes Passion for Human Resources and Recruitment Independent, self-reliant, and reliable work ethic Strong team player with a client-focused approach and attention to detail Excellent communication and organizational skills with a high degree of team spirit Relevant degree in Human Resources Result-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Proficiency in verbal and written English
