This is a hybrid role based in Varna.

Requirements

You will be responsible for:

· Coordinating and updating recruitment advertising across various channels. · Scheduling interviews. · Preparation of offer letters. · Maintaining recruitment data. · Oversee and review monthly audits on recruitment files. · Reviewing candidates resumes · Telephone screening candidates. · Assistance with general ad hoc duties and projects as they arise.

The skills that you have:

· Previous adminstration experience · Strong attention to detail · Experience using microsoft excel and word · Fluent in written and spoken English & Bulgarian · Willingness to work in a fast-paced team environment · 3rd level qualification

We will consider candidates with no previous recruitment experience if they have experience in an office environment. Full training will be provided.
