We are currently looking for a communicative and committed person to join our successful and ever-growing team at the position of a Recruitment Specialist.
Are you a dynamic extroverted person who craves challenge and change?

Requirements:
Extroverted and easily adaptive personality Excellent communication skills and complete comfort in working closely with people Good understanding and application of the networking concept Higher Education - preferably in Psychology, Human Resources or a Technical field Excellent written and verbal English Language level is a must Creative and problem-solving oriented personality Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills Computer literacy
Responsibilities:
Using proactive and efficient networking channels for reaching out to suitable candidates Outlining proper candidates through interviewing and careful assessment of each case In-depth talent and skill based analysis of candidates’ personalities and abilities Mediation through the entire hiring process Communication with both the hiring and the applying party Excellent understanding of the client’s requirements and needs Keeping neatly organized documentation, database and emailing systems
