Talent Acquisition Business Partner (maternity cover contract)

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our team. You will focus on recruitment activities, ensuring a balanced sourcing mix, and supporting time-to-fill goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in building teams, collaborating with Hiring Managers and HR colleagues, and contributing to process improvement projects.
You will report to the Bulgaria Talent Acquisition Lead.
What you will do:
Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract top talent.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance.
Focus on reducing time-to-fill metrics while maintaining high-quality hires.
Partner with hiring managers to understand their team's needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Build relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and be a brand ambassador for our organization
Lead recruitment process improvement projects.
Implement best practices and refine recruitment processes to enhance efficiency.
Manage DE&I activities within the recruitment process to guarantee a diverse and inclusive workforce.
Provide market insights and talent intelligence to hiring leaders, aiding in strategic decision-making.
Be a trusted Talent Acquisition Partner and advisor, offering expert guidance on recruitment trends, challenges, and opportunities.
You'll work on a maternity cover contract.
What you will bring:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
6+ years of experience in recruitment within the product development or technology sector.
Experience with full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing candidates to the interview and hiring process.
Experience building and scaling product teams.
Experience with recruitment metrics and ability to improve time-to-fill and quality-of-hire.
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
