Grove Global Consult is a leading consulting and recruitment firm, renowned for delivering tailored strategic services to the global private business sector. We are expanding and seeking an ambitious Junior Recruitment Specialist to join our high-performing team in Sofia.
Recruitment license issued by the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy under № 3018 / 30.04.2020.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage key stages of the recruitment lifecycle, from proactive sourcing to candidate screening and interview coordination
- Identify and engage high-caliber talent through diverse channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks
- Foster strong relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless recruitment delivery
- Contribute to the development of employer branding initiatives and talent attraction strategies
Qualifications and Experience:
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in recruitment or related HR functions
- Passionate about Human Resources with a proven ability to work autonomously and take ownership of tasks
- Meticulous attention to detail with a client-centric mindset
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline
- Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English
