Plus500 is seeking a proactive and driven Recruiter to join our growing People team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers, and attracting top talent to support our continued growth.
Job Description:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define role requirements. Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of channels and techniques. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Coordinate and conduct interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Manage job postings across platforms and proactively source candidates via LinkedIn and other tools. Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment events. Collaborate with external recruitment agencies when required. Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data. Continuously improve recruitment processes and best practices. Job Requirements:
2+ years of experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist. Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes. Strong sourcing skills, including LinkedIn and direct search methodologies. Excellent interviewing and assessment skills. Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously. Strong communication skills (Bulgarian and English). Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Strong stakeholder management skills. Interest in staying up to date with recruitment trends and market insights. Why Join Plus500?
