In the role of Telent Acquisition Expert, you will play a pivotal role in finding exceptional talent that aligns with our values and contributes to our vibrant culture. Your dedication to sourcing, attracting, and nurturing top talent will be instrumental in driving our success.

What we will expect:

Partnership with the business – we anticipate you will forge strong and reliable connections with hiring managers across all non-IT departments. Your joint efforts will advance the process of precisely outlining the required skillsets, qualifications, and expectations for each role within your dedicated teams. Taking ownership of this crucial process, you will be the driving force behind its successful implementation. We expect you to act promptly, ensuring a smooth and efficient execution within the designated timeframes.

Partnership with Candidates and Applicants – we would love to see you your excitement for taking charge of the entire recruitment process, right from its initiation until completion. This goes beyond just creating and posting job adverts, screening and conducting interviews (phone/face-to-face/online), and extending offers to candidates while ensuring a seamless process. It also involves proactively reaching out to passive candidates (headhunting) and actively participating in the onboarding process. Demonstrating your ability to utilize alternative recruitment channels will be a significant advantage for you in this role.

Team work – adding to your daily routine we will need your support, expertise and advices on variety of topics – indoor and outdoor initiatives; company events; adding to our well-being and happiness program, etc. We will expect you to give a hand and get excited just as much as we do!

The profile we are looking for:

• Education in Human Resources, Economics, Psychology, or another similar major;
• Previous experience in recruitment (in-house or as part of a recruitment agency) – at least 2 year;
• Welcoming approach to people and positive attitude combined with strong emotional intelligence;
• Feeling confident in conducting interviews;
• Solid experience in headhunting and in partnerships with HR/Recruitment agencies and Universities would be a plus;
• Proactiveness in terms of candidates sourcing and employer branding initiatives;
• Ability to prioritize tasks and adaptability to dynamic atmosphere;
• Great use of English – both written and spoken;
• Experience in preparing job ads and attractive messages for the desired audience (social media experience is also a plus).
