This is a hybrid role based in Varna.
You will be responsible for:
- Coordinating and updating recruitment advertising across various channels.
- Scheduling interviews.
- Preparation of offer letters.
- Maintaining recruitment data.
- Oversee and review monthly audits on recruitment files.
- Reviewing candidates resumes
- Telephone screening candidates.
- Assistance with general ad hoc duties and projects as they arise.
The skills that you have:
- Previous adminstration experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience using microsoft excel and word
- Fluent in written and spoken English & Bulgarian
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced team environment
- 3rd level qualification
