As Technical Compliance Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to support the delivery of projects related not only to our already established markets but in new markets, as well. In this role, you will review the technical aspects of our projects and evaluate and provide appropriate technical compliance advice to the company business on new jurisdictions and new products.

As Technical Compliance Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to support the delivery of projects related not only to our already established markets but in new markets, as well. In this role, you will review the technical aspects of our projects and evaluate and provide appropriate technical compliance advice to the company business on new jurisdictions and new products.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, process and monitor product certification projects for established and new regulated markets.
- Communicate efficiently and maintain/develop strong and positive relationships with regulators, accredited testing facilities (ATFs), internal departments, external customers and other stakeholders in the regulatory landscape.
- Ensure that all products meet regulatory requirements, are certified and approved as per jurisdictional standards.
- Maintain knowledge and assist in the analysis of technical compliance standards in established and newly regulated markets.
- Within the remit of the role, identify, improve, and document business processes to align with compliance requirements and increase the efficiency of such processes.
- Assist with maintaining a library of technical standard documents, and in keeping accurate and up-to-date records for product certifications.
- Develop project plans and track progress; prepare and maintain status reports and schedules, track milestones/deliverables and dependencies, and manage expectations as needed in consideration of progress/outcomes, ensuring that all work is delivered on-time, within scope and within budget where appropriate.
- 2+ year experience in a technical/IT role or other relevant role(in the area would be an advantage);
- Fluent English, both verbal and written
- Good level of computer skills, experience in spreadsheets.
- Basic knowledge in Project Management and experience working with distributed teams and peers.
- Good analytical skills and attention to details.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to relate professionally with external and internal clients alike.
