In connection with the continuous and dynamic development, we are looking for motivated people to become part of Technical Support Division.
Location: Sofia, 2 Parva Balgarska Armia Str., NPZ Voenna Rampa.

In connection with the continuous and dynamic development, we are looking for motivated people to become part of Technical Support Division.
Responsibilities:
- Provided online support to resolve technical problems and inquiries from customers;
- Provided technical support to diagnose equipment issues, replace components, and perform repairs.
- Good command of English language (B2 level);
- Secondary and/or higher education with a technical focus;
- Ability to work day and night shifts;
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally;
- Good computer literacy (MS Windows, MS Office);
- Valid Category B driving license;
- Technical knowledge, including familiarity with electronics, is considered an advantage;
- Previous experience in a similar role is an asset;
- Experience working with Salesforce or SAP is considered an advantage;
- Possession of a valid electrical safety qualification certificate is an additional asset;
