Responsibilities
- Raise invoices in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (MS 365 F&O) based on customer contracts registered in Microsoft CRM (MS CRM).
- Process credit notes and debit notes accurately and timely.
- Execute deferral and revenue recognition bookings in MS 365 F&O.
- Participate in monthly calculations of Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
- Monitor accounts receivable, invoice due dates, and adherence to payment terms.
- Maintain monthly balance sheet schedules related to revenue bookings.
- Allocate customer payments to corresponding invoices.
- Control and monitor cash allocations and customer settlements for account reconciliation.
- Monitor and follow up on overdue payments.
- Track and review weekly internal reports.
- Investigate invoice discrepancies and validate charges against credit notes or claims.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding customer claims and support required documentation.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide support for billing-related issues.
- Manage the Accounts Receivable ledger and maintain related documentation.
Requirements
- Solid understanding of accounting principles.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Structured, methodical, and efficient approach to work.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Openness to embracing new technologies and continuous process improvements.
- High level of responsibility and strong team orientation.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (MS 365 F&O) and Microsoft CRM is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
