For one of our clients - a global leader in business process outsourcing, focused on efficiency and outstanding client experiences, we are looking for – Digital Products Support Specialist with Greek or Slovak or Polish or Czech (PTE/FTE).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality support for digital products and services;
• Troubleshoot non-technical issues reported by customers;
• Communicate clearly with users via email, chat, or other channels;
• Document interactions and solutions accurately in the system;
• Collaborate with the team to improve support processes and customer experience.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Greek, Slovak, Polish, or Czech (C1) and English (B2);
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
• Excellent written communication and customer service abilities;
• Comfortable working with digital tools and online platforms;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
