Job Description
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for mass hiring of Game Presenters, Shufflers, and operational roles in our Sofia studio.
- Source, screen, and engage top talent through multiple channels - social media, referrals, job fairs, and creative campaigns.
- Partner closely with Team Managers to align hiring needs and priorities.
- Conduct structured interviews and ensure a smooth candidate journey from first contact to onboarding.
- Support the TA team with local projects, reporting, and continuous process improvements.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on recruitment experience - ideally in volume or operations hiring.
- Fluency in Bulgarian and English (spoken and written).
- Strong communication skills, resilience, and the ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience with social media sourcing and data-driven recruitment metrics is a plus.
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for growth and people.
