About the Job Talent Acquisition Specialist manages end to end recruitment process for the hiring of Akkodis staff by sourcing quality professionals within agreed time scales and targets. The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for providing professional recruitment service to all clients and works in partnership with external/internal stakeholders to provide specialist advice and solutions that support the delivery of the business objectives.

About the Job Talent Acquisition Specialist manages end to end recruitment process for the hiring of Akkodis staff by sourcing quality professionals within agreed time scales and targets. The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for providing professional recruitment service to all clients and works in partnership with external/internal stakeholders to provide specialist advice and solutions that support the delivery of the business objectives.
In this role, you will:
- Act as point of contact, handling calls & emails from clients regarding, contract requests, cancellations, or last-minute replacements (short-term positions)
- Contacting candidates from pre-approved standby lists and working with different planning tools
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle to meet the staffing goals across all levels within multiple projects and to form a positive recruitment experience
- Create and update Sourcing tracker pool
- Ensure that all candidates are processed on time and with no delay with provided feedback
- Effectively works with the other team members to insure better result with no delay
If you have:
- Excellent Dutch & English skills, both verbal and written, min B2.
- Excellent knowledge in the recruitment process best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skill
- Excellent Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Previous contact centre experience is a strong advantage
- 1 year or more of experience in the recruitment field is considered advantage
