The Recruitment Team Lead will play a key role in ensuring the successful staffing of our international solar construction projects by attracting, selecting and coordinating qualified technical and construction professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the full recruitment and workforce mobilisation function for general labour, mechanical, electrical, technical and engineering personnel supporting the company's international solar construction projects;
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies, sourcing channels and talent pipelines to ensure the timely attraction of qualified candidates;
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate assessment and offer coordination in partnership with hiring managers;
- Plan, coordinate and monitor workforce mobilisation activities, ensuring the timely deployment of employees to project sites in cooperation with HR, Project Managers and Site Management;
- Coordinate hiring and onboarding documentation required for employee mobilisation, ensuring all administrative and compliance requirements are completed before deployment;
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with recruitment agencies, educational institutions, local authorities and other external stakeholders to strengthen talent acquisition efforts;
- Monitor workforce requirements, recruitment progress and mobilisation schedules to ensure construction projects are staffed according to project timelines;
- Maintain candidate databases, prepare recruitment reports and analyse recruitment KPIs to identify trends and drive continuous process improvement;
- Provide strategic guidance to management on workforce planning, recruitment activities, staffing challenges and opportunities to improve hiring effectiveness;
- Ensure compliance with labour legislation, internal policies and company procedures throughout the recruitment and mobilisation process;
- Support initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement, retention and the company's employer brand.
Candidate Requirements:
- University degree, preferably in Human Resources, Economics, Psychology or a related field;
- Possibility to travel to Blagoevgrad once a week for workforce mobilisation activities;
- At least 3 years of professional experience in recruitment or in a similar role;
- Working proficiency in English;
- Very good command of MS Office;
- Practical experience in recruiting blue-collar, technical or construction personnel;
- Previous experience in coordinating or managing a recruitment team will be considered a strong advantage;
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, candidate assessment and selection processes;
- Excellent communication, organisational and coordination skills;
- Strong interviewing, candidate assessment and decision-making skills;
- Analytical mindset and ability to work with recruitment data and KPIs;
- Proactive, independent and results-oriented approach;
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a dynamic environment.
- Valid driving licence (Category B)
