We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Recruitment and Training Specialist to join our team.
About the Role
As a Recruitment and Training Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our colleagues throughout their employee journey. You will contribute to a positive workplace culture by providing HR expertise, ensuring compliance with labor legislation, supporting recruitment efforts, and fostering employee development.
· Prepares, updates, and publishes job advertisements for vacant positions on appropriate platforms. · Conducts phone, in-person, and virtual interviews with candidates for open positions. · Foster positive employee relations and maintain an effective partnership between management and colleagues. · Conduct exit interviews and analyze employee turnover trends to identify areas for improvement. · Identifies employees' learning and development needs through periodic surveys and performance evaluations. · Develops and proposes employee training and development plans aligned with the company's business objectives. · Provide support and guidance on matters related to labor legislation and employment relationships · Participate in employee engagement, wellness, and well-being initiatives.
