To support our development, we are looking for a motivated System Administrator to join our business center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the maintenance, development, and optimization of the company IT infrastructure;
- Support network and server infrastructure operations;
- Troubleshot hardware, network connectivity, VPN, printer and workplace technology issues;
- Install, configure and maintain workstations, network devices and peripherals;
- Administer user accounts and access rights;
- Provide technical support to Phoenix Business Services employees;
- Assist in creating and maintaining AI agents in Microsoft Azure;
- Maintain technical documentation;
- Support IT asset management and inventory processes;
- Collaborate with other IT teams and follow security standards.
Job Requirements:
- University degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field;
- Good understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs and network equipment;
- Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory and VPN solutions;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Knowledge of Power Automate and Power Apps is an advantage;
- Fluency in English.
