Responsibilities:
- Administering IT environment – workstations, printers, servers, wireless APs, software installation, inventory management, updates, patches, etc.
- Administering office networks and connectivity, security updates, and patches.
- Administering Microsoft Windows servers – installation, configuration, upgrade, patching etc.
- Manage Windows and MacOS and device deployment by MDM solutions.
- Manage user and service accounts and permissions.
- Maintaining system administration documentation and systems based on best practices.
- Observe and enforce group IT guidelines and IT standard operating procedures.
- Analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving problems.
- Follow best practices and strategies for application deployment and infrastructure maintenance.
- Perform Incident management – troubleshooting and resolving incidents.
- Perform Change management – planning and implementing changes.
- Monitor and manage network, systems, and services health.
- Monitoring of infrastructure components and application performance.
- Manage and logistic IT equipment.
- Support IT part of on- and off-boarding processes.
- Follow-up ticket requests and escalate if needed.
- Administering routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Proactively providing recommendations for architecture and process improvements.
- Continuously improve the service through scripting and automation, monitoring environment, and configuration adjustments.
- Managing (Azure) Active Directory.
- Managing Exchange on-prem and online.
- Maintaining virtualization environment.
- 2 years of experience as a System Administrator or similar position.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and under tight deadlines.
- Very good customer service support skills.
- Experience with MS Endpoint Manager (Intune).
- Experience with Microsoft Windows servers and MacOS.
- Experience with AD, DNS, ADFS, and Office 365.
- Experience with VPN and Firewall technology.
- Experience with Exchange and SharePoint.
- Experience with Hyper-V and VMware virtualization.
- Experience with PowerShell.
- Experience with Jamf.
- Solid knowledge and experience with managing (Azure) Active Directory.
- Solid knowledge and experience with networks, routing, and managing ISPs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive and result oriented person with an open mindset.
- Willingness to learn and obtain new skills and competencies in technology
- Experience with Atlassian products (Jira Service Management).

Администраторите на ИКТ системи отговарят за поддръжката, конфигурирането и надеждното функциониране на компютърните и мрежовите системи, сървърите, работните станции и периферните устройства. Те могат да придобиват, инсталират или надграждат компютърни компоненти и софтуери; да автоматизират рутинни задачи; да пишат компютърни програми; да отстраняват неизправности; да обучават и контролират персонала; и да предоставят техническа поддръжка.
