We are looking for: MECM/SCCM Administrator

Your daily routine would include:

• Being responsible for planning, ensuring and implementing a Windows support strategy for 3500+ server systems;
• Clarifying complex topics confidently in direct customer contact;
• Being responsible for the regular implementation of the patch strategy and creating the necessary reports, compliance checks and coordinate these with the respective peers;
• Developing and optimizing operational processes, orienting yourself on existing processes designed according to ITIL;
• Assessing new functions and evaluating their productive use, based on your profound Windows knowledge;
• Ensuring operational compliance with service level agreements (SLA) and quality key performance indicators (KPI) and deal with complex, cross-thematic customer problems in a solution-oriented manner.

We’ll know you can make it if you have:

• Several years of experience in the ICT environment with a focus as a Windows administrator;
• Special knowledge of the use of common automation technologies and system management software (especially SCCM, MECM);
• Experience with provision, operation and maintenance of Windows servers (VM+bare-metal) and everything related to it (OSD, AV & patch management etc.);
• Experience with application deployment and packaging, as well as script and report creation including tuning and further development;
• Experience with conception, implementation, maintenance and automation of server standards, policies and compliance baselines;
• Experience with regularly updating, testing and supporting of the functions and content used, as well as the improvement of processes;
• Fault clearance, troubleshooting and documentation experience.

The following will be considered an advantage:

• Agile processing of the operational backlog in the technological environment of MS AD, SCCM, SCVMM, SCOM, Hyper-V, VMware;
• Certifications regarding your skills (SCCM, MECM);
• Expertise with Active Directory, PKI, DNS;
• Cooperation in OCD.
