For our client we are looking for an LINUX System Administrator. The company have one of the largest shopping complexes in Bulgaria with a variety of stores, three logistics centers and we serve over 600 business clients throughout the country. They offer more than 70,000 items, covering products for the home, construction, hobby and professional activities.
In connection with the expansion of their IT team, we are looking for a motivated and responsible Linux System Administrator who has experience and desire to work with PostgreSQL, JBoss and modern Linux distributions such as CentOS, Red Hat and Ubuntu.

For our client we are looking for an LINUX System Administrator. In connection with the expansion of their IT team, we are looking for a motivated and responsible Linux System Administrator who has experience and desire to work with PostgreSQL, JBoss and modern Linux distributions such as CentOS, Red Hat and Ubuntu.
Main responsibilities:
- Installation, configuration and maintenance of Linux servers and systems;
- Administration and optimization of PostgreSQL databases - setup of replications, backups and monitoring;
- Management of JBoss Application Server - setup, updates and maintenance of the environment;
- Maintaining a high level of security by configuring security mechanisms (firewalls, SELinux, SSH policies);
- Automation of system tasks through scripts (Bash, Python, etc.);
- Monitoring of systems and response to load, errors and breaches;
- Participation in the development and improvement of CI/CD processes.
- Maintaining up-to-date documentation on the administered systems requirements;
- Excellent knowledge of Linux-based operating systems: CentOS, Red Hat, Ubuntu;
- Experience with PostgreSQL - administration, optimization and security;
- Good knowledge of working with JBoss Server;
- Skills for teamwork and independent solving of technical cases;
- Driver's license, category B.
