Job Summary: As an Oracle Cloud IAM Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for identity and access management solutions deployed in Oracle Cloud environments. Key Responsibilities:
- Application Support: Provide functional and technical support for IAM applications, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and maintenance of systems running on Kubernetes.
- Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor application performance and stability within Kubernetes environments, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with development, security, and operations teams to resolve technical issues and implement IAM best practices across cloud applications.
- Incident Management: Manage incidents related to IAM services, ensuring timely resolution and documentation of issues in accordance with ITIL processes.
- User Management: Assist in the administration of user identities, roles, and permissions within Oracle Identity Cloud Service, ensuring compliance with security policies.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides, knowledge base articles, and process workflows.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in identity and access management or application support roles, particularly within Oracle Cloud environments.
- Finnish C1; English B2
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Oracle Identity and access management Cloud Service and IAM concepts. – mandatory!
- Experience with Kubernetes for deploying and managing applications.
- Knowledge of security protocols such as SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect.
- Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python or Bash) for automation tasks.
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure principles and best practices.
- Oracle WebLogic Server, Oracle Internet Directory, Oracle Virtual Directory, Oracle Unified Directory, Oracle Access Manager, Oracle Identity Manager, Oracle API Gateway, Oracle Enterprise Single-Sign On, OIM Reconciliation and Provisioning. Experience in configure, create, and manage workflows using SOA Composites, Request workflows and Configuring Password Policy in OIM. Integrate OAM with Web gate and configure OAM to enable SSO
- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
- Kubernetes Expertise: Deployment and management of applications on Oracle Kubernetes Engine (OKE)
- Tools: Kubernetes CLI (kubectl), Helm, Terraform, JIRA, Git, LDAP, Active Directory, JIRA
- Other Skills: Security Compliance, Risk Assessment, Documentation
- Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., integrations´, ServiceNow, OpsRamp) used in Kubernetes environments.
- Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., Oracle DB, PostgreSQL).
- Relevant certifications in cloud technologies or IAM (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
