Location Specific Information: We are now looking for Senior Finance Coordinator – Payments (Hybrid) in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Location Specific Information: We are now looking for Senior Finance Coordinator – Payments (Hybrid) in Sofia, Bulgaria.
Discover Impactful Work: This role will be based in the accounts payable department responsible for processing international payments worldwide in a timely and efficient manner, targeting for excellence and operational optimization.
Main Duties:
- Receive and process cash payments to clients, employees, and vendors.
- Count, verify and record cash transactions accurately.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of all cash transactions.
- Prepare and complete necessary documentation for each cash transaction and ensure compliance with internal and external controls.
- Generate regular reports summarizing cash transactions.
Education and Experience:
- Ideal candidates will have a financial background with one or more years of basic accounts experience is preferred.
- Attendance on a basic Accountancy course is desirable.
- Graduates with some administration or finance work experience are also welcome.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Good organizational and communications skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work both in a team environment and independently.
- Capable of handle critical tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Flexible and able to prioritize workload to meet changing business needs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Second language would be a plus.
- Resourceful with Excel, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
- Previous experience with ERP system (Oracle preferred).
- Capable of conducting payment related activities following the established process.
