About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented CMS Specialist to join our growing marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with website content, has a strong understanding of SEO best practices, and takes pride in publishing well-structured, high-quality web pages. As a CMS Specialist, you will work closely with our Content Writers and SEO Team to upload, format, optimize, and publish content across our website. You will play a key role in ensuring that every page meets our content standards, SEO requirements, and user experience expectations. Since our website and content are entirely focused on the U.S. market, English will be your primary working language.

Key Responsibilities

• Upload, format, and publish content through our CMS platform.
• Collaborate closely with Content Writers to transfer and structure content on the website.
• Create and optimize Meta Titles, Meta Descriptions, and other on-page SEO elements.
• Format content using proper heading structures (H1, H2, H3, etc.).
• Build and maintain FAQ sections based on SEO and content requirements.
• Ensure content is visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Work alongside the SEO team to implement optimization recommendations.
• Review pages for formatting issues, broken links, typos, and outdated information.
• Manage and organize digital assets, including images and content files.
• Monitor website content quality and consistency across all pages.
• Assist with content updates, revisions, and website maintenance tasks.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working with the Drupal CMS platform.
• Knowledge of content structure, heading hierarchy, and FAQ implementation.
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong proofreading and quality-control mindset.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with content writers, SEO specialists, and developers.
• Excellent command of English and Bulgarian, both written and spoken.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
