For one of our clients – а technology-enabled BPO firm dedicated to optimizing customer service and business performance for world-renowned brands, we are looking for – Backoffice Content Analyst with German and English (Hybrid).

For one of our clients – а technology-enabled BPO firm dedicated to optimizing customer service and business performance for world-renowned brands, we are looking for – Backoffice Content Analyst with German and English (Hybrid).
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and approve advertiser campaigns before they go live;
- Ensure all content is safe, compliant, and high-quality;
- Quickly classify and flag inappropriate text, images, videos, and audio;
- Handle inquiries via email and ticketing systems efficiently;
- Work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
Requirements:
- Excellent German and strong English skills;
- Passion for pop culture and active on social media;
- Sharp attention to detail and quick decision-making;
- Strong time management and ability to prioritize tasks;
- Comfortable with MS Office, Google Drive; Salesforce or live chat experience is a plus.
