As a provider of one of the most integrated VAT platforms on the market, you will be engaged in enabling all aspects of the implementation lifecycle and enhancing the customer delivery experience, while working with some of the most experienced individuals in the industry. TBI has a proven record of software development and successful delivery of solutions to its many blue-chip clients globally.
To support ongoing growth within the organisation, we are seeking to recruit a result orientated Onboarding Consultant to onboard clients onto our platforms. The successful candidate will be supported by a dedicated team and provided with the necessary training on the products, and an introduction to the TBI implementation methodology.
This role offers an opportunity to work with our vast array of clients, outstanding software, and to support our exceptional professional services teams within the organisation.
What you will be doing:
- The successful candidate will liaise with a diverse client portfolio to understand their business requirements while delivering an industry leading onboarding experience.
- Key contributor to internal enablement initiatives.
- Ensure that delivery of software is to the agreed high standards and scope as per the TBI implementation methodology.
- Support new and existing system onboarding projects.
- Implement enhancements and new features within existing client sites.
- Implement full project lifecycles, from initiating a project, client training, implementation, UAT support and live running as per the SAAS implementation methodology.
- Deliver application training to client.
- Provide analysis and recommendations to our product teams.
- Continually feed into the onboarding strategy of continuous improvements.
The skills that you have:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Systems Implementation or Technical Consultancy working in a Large Consultancy, Fin-Tech or similar environment.
- Demonstrated success delivering projects andor software in the technology sector.
- Must be able to communicate effectively and confidently with users, team members, clients and management.
- Must be flexible and willing to undertake a wide variety of challenging tasks, including internal initiatives.
- A can-do attitude with excellent teamwork skills, who can work efficiently as a team player and contribute to team effectiveness.
- Strong personal desire to contribute positively and pro-actively to a growing team.
- Ability to work on own initiative and ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
