Requirements:
- No prior experience required
- Preferred Fields of Study: IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Additional certifications in IT support or healthcare systems are advantageous
- Strong troubleshooting skills for web-based applications and software-related issues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong customer service orientation with ability to work with diverse stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Availability to work in shifts as required
- Knowledge of Oracle-based Remote Data Capture systems and/or Medidata Rave software (preferred)
- Ability to manage system access and privileges
- Commitment to maintaining data quality and meeting SLAs/KPIs
- Willingness to participate in knowledge base development and documentation
- Interest in healthcare information technology
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Experience collaborating with clinical staff (doctors, nurses, clinical trial associates)
