Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the full recruitment cycle for various positions;
- Publishing job advertisements and sourcing candidates through different channels;
- Conducting interviews and candidate assessments;
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates;
- Coordinating recruitment processes and ensuring timely project delivery;
- Preparing candidate profiles, reports, and recruitment documentation;
- Supporting employer branding and recruitment marketing activities;
- Participating in international recruitment projects and talent acquisition initiatives.
Requirements:
- University degree;
- At least 1 year previous experience in recruitment, HR, or client-facing roles;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and team-player attitude;
- Fluent English.
