We are looking for a responsible employee to become part of our team as Back office specialist in Transformers Sales Department

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team with administration documents and questions;
- Data processing of sales information into the appropriate databases;
- Provision of customer support for standardized administrative issues;
- Аssists the Sales Manager with the preparation of various reports;
- Help in making different content for presentations – photos, slides, graphs;
- Preparing orders for business trips and providing reports after.
Requirements for the employee:
- Higher education;
- 1 year of experience;
- Fluent in English – both written and spoken;
- Medium level of Excel;
- Teamwork oriented;
- Ability to multitask;
- Focus oriented to results;
- Good comunication skills;
- Person who has a desire to develop.
