Cupffee Ltd is seeking to appoint a Key Account Manager for the project BG-RRP-2.006-0003-C01 – “Edible Coffee Cups and Stirrers – Sustainable Alternatives to Non-Biodegradable and Polluting Plastic Products.”
Role Overview As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, expanding existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sustainable revenue growth. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to strengthen Cupffee’s market presence and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and grow relationships with key and strategic clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for clients and prospects.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with marketing to support client acquisition and retention strategies.
- Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring excellent service.
- Provide market insights and client feedback to the product development team.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare regular reports on account performance, sales activities, and forecasts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager, Account Executive, or similar sales role.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Confident in delivering professional presentations.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM) and MS Office.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
