Your Responsibilities 1. Sales Management
- Lead and manage the company's global sales activities, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy.
- Coordinate and support regional sales teams to ensure cohesive and effective global sales efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key international clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
- Monitor sales performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions, and minimizing the impact of variances.
- Collaborate with the product development team to devise strategies for introducing and promoting products in international markets.
- Determine and implement pricing policies for products in international markets, taking into account market conditions, competition, and customer perceptions.
- Develop and oversee pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability while maintaining competitive positioning.
- Participate in strategic planning sessions to define global sales goals, targets, and expansion plans.
- Analyze sales data and performance on a global level, preparing regular reports for senior management to evaluate the effectiveness of international sales strategies.
- Manage the budget for international sales operations, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to support global sales initiatives.
- Engage in negotiations and establish partnerships, distribution agreements, and sales contracts to expand market reach and enhance revenue opportunities.
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new product launches and market entries.
- Prepare monthly reports for investors, providing insights into global sales performance, achievements, and future growth plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments of potential risks and challenges in international markets that may impact global sales performance
- Ensure compliance with international regulations and business practices across all global sales activities.
- Develop and implement crisis management strategies to navigate challenges in international operations and maintain business continuity.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, as well as professional standards, accepted business practices, and internal policies.
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- At least 5 years relevant experience.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a complex organization, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, ability to strategize and solve problems.
- Proficiency in English - verbal and written. Other languages are a plus.
- Permanent employment contract;
- 8 hours workday;
- Friendly, pleasant and calm working atmosphere.
