About the Company DevriX is hiring a Marketing Manager responsible for internal and external digital marketing and GTM activities for our in-house teams and ongoing portfolio of accounts. This is a full-time on-site role for our office in Sofia. The ideal candidate will manage a range of internal digital activities, our in-house digital marketing team, new recruits, and high-level deliverables for retainer accounts. Day-to-day activities span across ICP alignment and refining USPs, TAM segmentation, channel strategy, content delivery, SEO and paid media targets, creative assets, and HubSpot workflows. You will oversee the ongoing deliverables and weekly sprints for the digital team, working closely with the Marketing and Sales Director on core objectives and OKRs, as well as other executive teams on cross-functional activities for internal growth and customer-facing digital marketing objectives.Key Goals- Define and manage weekly sprints for digital teams across internal and external (client) activities
- Provide guidance and mentor a small (yet growing) in-house team across recurring and ad-hoc initiatives
- Identify gaps, pain points, and inefficiencies across processes (internal and partners), and expand the collection of templates, checklists, prompts, and workflows for higher efficiency
- Break down core objectives into actionable assignments, timelines, and recurring tasks internally
- Work closely with horizontal teams (engineering, account, operations) to ensure clarity, alignment, and stellar execution across the board
- Act as an internal champion when interfacing with clients, delivering clear and tactical solutions to core business objectives
- Stay up to date on the latest advancements and improvements in content, digital, paid, email, affiliate, social, and other core strategic channels – copywriting frameworks, new campaign opportunities for paid, email personalization/enrichment solutions, AI SEO, and other advancements and transformations in the space
- Methodically explore packages and solutions suitable for our portfolio of clients and common executive needs during roadmap development or go-to-market planning
- Participate and coordinate local events and trade shows, community engagements, webinars, and other on-site and online activities we participate in
- 7-10+ years in digital marketing – former experience in a marketing/creative agency, a product startup, or a consultancy is a plus
- 3+ years of managing marketing teams in-house (content, SEO, creative, PPC, affiliate, email, or other relevant roles)
- Former experience delivering solutions or managing campaigns for global brands across North America or Western Europe
- Strong marketing acumen: understanding the 4Ps, digital flywheels and growth loops, TAM/USP analysis, GTM motions, agentic systems, diverse channels like Reddit, AI SEO
- Fluent in both English and Bulgarian
- Shaping the digital landscape with autonomy for a 15-year-old consultancy operating globally out of Bulgaria, and our portfolio of enterprise-grade accounts across a wide net of industries
- Early access to tools, services, and features across groundbreaking digital startups and market leaders like Meta and Google (through our internal relationships)
