About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Assistant with Dutch & English to start their journey at the HR field, part of the TA team based in Plovdiv and working for the Belgium market. The specialist will support the whole TA team in all assigned tasks related to the end-to-end recruitment process.

Day-to-date Responsibilities:

• Support the full recruitment lifecycle to meet the staffing goals across all levels within multiple projects and to form a positive recruitment experience
• Administer recruitment applicant tracking system
• Create and update candidates’ profiles
• Create and update Sourcing tracker pool
• Data entry and data maintenance of incoming application documents

Qualifications:

• Fluency in Dutch & English both verbal and written
• Keen interest in the Recruitment ot Administrative filed
• Ability to multitask, plan and prioritize workload to ensure deadlines are met
• Flexible, self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure
• Excellent Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
