Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic hiring partner to leadership, understanding business goals and translating them into talent acquisition strategies.
- Source, engage, and recruit top talent across various industries.
- Implement and optimize innovative hiring processes, leveraging AI-driven recruitment tools, social media, and networking platforms.
- Create and manage a seamless candidate experience, ensuring engagement from sourcing to onboarding.
- Maintain and improve employer branding to attract high-caliber professionals.
- Develop, track, and analyze key hiring metrics to optimize recruitment strategies.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and ensure the best fit for each role.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance talent acquisition processes.
- Manage HR policies related to hiring, compliance, and employee retention strategies.
- Partner with leadership to cultivate a high-performance, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, HR, or recruitment.
- Proven track record of hiring top-tier candidates in competitive markets.
- Deep understanding of recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and social hiring strategies.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, compliance, and employment regulations.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with senior leadership and high-caliber candidates.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring projects in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
- Experience with employer branding and talent engagement strategies.
