Thus related, we are looking for a front-line goal oriented professional to join our HR team as Recruitment partner (maternity cover).

What you will do in brief:

• Creating recruitment strategies for our internal clients depending on the profile
• Advertising job opportunities on job boards, social media and company’s career page
• Screening resumes and conducting interviews to find the right candidate for the right position
• Ownership of an end-to-end recruitment process
• Attending job fairs and hiring events
• Generating and participating in employer branding initiatives

What we require from you:

• University degree in a relevant field
• Previous recruitment experience in a large organization up to 4 years
• Solid verbal and written communication skills including in English
• A can-do attitude
• Solid communication skills with comfort in speaking with senior leaders; excellent communication skills to negotiate with stakeholders and teams; having the ability to convince
• Demonstration of ability to think both strategically and tactically
