Curently we are looking for Customer Support & Payments Specialist

Main responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat
• Help to resolve customer issues
• Assess individual player needs and take appropriate actions to meet them
• Monitor and process customers' deposits and withdrawals
• Report bugs and general problems experienced by the customers
• Inform players of current and upcoming promotions
• Provide customer feedback to other departments within the company

Requirements:

• Minimim 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Very good command of English
• Very good computer skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communicational skills
