Responsibilities:
- Liaise directly with company clients via phone, messaging service tool, e-mails to answer their questions and resolve their queries;
- Provide fast, accurate, thorough and friendly responses;
- Stay fully up-to-date with all of the company guidelines, policies and procedures and will be up to the task of completing any other duties associated with assisting players as requested by management;
- Enjoy a fast-paced environment working to agreed targets.
- Any relevant experience or interest in customer support, online gaming, or online payment processing would be considered as an advantage;
- Ability to demonstrate excellent written communication skills in one of the following languages: German, French, Polish, Italian, Greek;
- Excellent knowldege of English language;
- Customer focused;
- Ability to multitask, think quickly and make solid decisions;
- Good technical and communication skills;
- Flexibility to adapt to different business needs, challenging situations, and changes;
- Highly-motivated with great attention to detail and able to evaluate customer demands.
