We are currently looking for a professional to join our Clinical Systems Support team in Sofia, whose primary responsibility is to provide support for different clinical systems to end users.

We are currently looking for a professional to join our Clinical Systems Support team in Sofia, whose primary responsibility is to provide support for different clinical systems to end users.
- This position is suitable for blind and partially sighted individuals.
Main Duties include:
- Collaborate with life-science personnel to resolve clinical application/system issues.
- Work with Clinical, IT, and operational teams to address incidents and service requests.
- Perform administrative tasks like system access and privilege management.
- Ensure data quality by adhering to SLAs and KPIs.

- Excellent English communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, Windows, and Internet applications.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
